- GDPR — data is anonymized before any processing, and the re-identification key never leaves the EU. What crosses isn't personal data.
- EU MDR / AI Act — not a medical tool but a reference tool a licensed doctor queries, doctor-initiated. Because a clinician authors every clinical output, it's clinical decision support — not an autonomous system. Class I by design, not a certifiable high-risk device.
